Parenthood is a group committed to enriching the Beth El Early Learning Center through planning special events, fundraising, volunteerism, social action, and social activities. Through Parenthood’s motto of “Talk-Join-Connect-Create a Legacy,” members aim to build an interwoven community of Early Learning Center parents and grandparents with the hope that all involved will make connections, friendships, and memories to last a lifetime.
Parenthood hosts events, fundraises, helps with staff appreciation, and much more. Our largest annual event is Family Fun Day, a big outdoor celebration with loads of food and fun. New families are welcome to attend, visit our classrooms, meet our teachers and learn about our program.
Members may serve on various committees such as Social Programs, Book Fair, Staff Appreciation Week, Yearbook and Graduation. Members are not required to volunteer their time. All Beth El Early Learning Center parents and grandparents are welcome to join.

Parent partnership is key to success in our classrooms. Room Parents work with the Room Parent Coordinator and classroom teachers to assist in promoting events and volunteer opportunities, planning parties and celebrations, and assisting in other ways needed by the teachers.
