Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year
at the Beth El Early Learning Center

We have reached capacity in all of our programs
for the 2026-2027 school year.

To join our Stand-By Status List click here. Applicants on the Stand-By Status List will be evaluated for admission with the goal of furthering the mission of Temple Beth El. Should our enrollment change and we have an available spot to offer, we will contact you to let you know.

We are honored that you are considering our school for your child and hope you will enroll with us for the 2026-2027 school year!

Registration is Online Only

Spaces are limited and classes will fill quickly.

We offer three registration windows to accommodate both our families and the broader community.

Current Family Registration

Registration window open from Tuesday, January 6 at 9:00 am through Monday, January 12 at 12:00 pm

Current Family Registration

Space is limited, so families should register early.

Parents with a currently enrolled child at the ELC who wish to enroll a sibling NOT currently enrolled must email the sibling’s name and date of birth to Rachael Fushan, Early Learning Center Senior Associate, at [email protected].

In order to complete registration, parents should sign into their ShulCloud account, click the green tile labeled “Beth El Early Learning Center,” and complete the enrollment form.

Temple Member Application

Application window open from Tuesday, January 13 at 9:00 am through Monday, January 19 at 12:00 pm

Temple Member Application

Members of Temple Beth El (as of October 15, 2025) who do not have children currently enrolled at the Beth El Early Learning Center will be elgible to complete the Temple Member Application from Tuesday, January 13at 9:00 am through Monday, January 19 at 12:00 pm.

To enroll, members should sign into their ShulCloud account, click the tile labeled “ELC Temple Member Application” on their home page and complete the application. Please note, the tile may not be visible until your registration window opens.

Acceptance letters information about how to complete registration will be sent out by Wednesday, January 21 at 5:00pm . Members will have 2 business days to complete the registration (through Friday, January 23 at 6:00 pm)

If demand exceeds available spaces, priority enrollment will be given in order of membership longevity. Any members not selected will be notified by email and placed at the top of our stand-by-status list.

Application window open from Saturday, January 24 at 9:00 am through Monday, February 2 at 6:00 pm

New Family Application

Applicants will be evaluated for acceptance with the goal of furthering the Mission of Temple Beth El which is to enrich lives by fostering bonds of love through exceptional Jewish experiences.

Please note that new families who applied in previous years for school or summer camp and were placed on the stand-by-status list will need to fill out a new application for 2026-2027.

On Monday, February 9, admissions decisions will be sent to new families. Those who are accepted will first receive an acceptance email. Shortly afterward, they will receive a separate email with instructions for creating a ShulCloud account and completing the registration process. Families to whom we are unable to offer enrollment due to lack of classroom space will be notified via email and offered a spot on our “Stand-By-Status” list.

THE DEADLINE TO REQUEST CHANGES TO YOUR CHILD’S SCHEDULE, PAYMENT PLAN, OR FRIEND REQUESTS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR IS MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2026.

NO CHANGES TO SCHEDULES, PAYMENT PLANS, OR FRIEND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE.
A $100 processing fee will be assessed for each request to change your child’s schedule or payment plan.

If there are enough spaces to accommodate all interested Temple families, a confirmation email will be sent with instructions to complete enrollment for the upcoming school year. If demand exceeds available capacity, priority will be given based on membership longevity. Families who are not selected will be notified by email and placed at the top of the Stand-By-Status list.

Deadline for accepted Temple families to complete their registration form and pay their deposit.
