2025-2026 REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year
at the Beth El Early Learning Center

Registration is Online Only

We are honored that you are considering our school for your child and hope you will enroll with us for the 2025-2026 school year!

Spaces are limited and classes will fill quickly. 

Registration will open in three phases:

  1. Currently enrolled families will have first priority from Monday, January 6, 2025 at 9:00 am through Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
    • Space is limited, so families should register early.
    • Parents with a currently enrolled child at the ELC who wish to enroll a sibling NOT currently enrolled are required to email the sibling’s name and date of birth to Rachael Fushan, Early Learning Center Senior Associate, at [email protected]
    • In order to officially enroll, parents should sign into their ShulCloud account, click the tile labeled “Beth El Early Learning Center,” and complete the enrollment form. If you need assistance logging in to your ShulCloud account, please contact Rachael Fushan at 561-391-9091 or [email protected]

  2. Members of Temple Beth El (as of October 1, 2024) who do not have children currently enrolled at the Beth El Early Learning Center will receive second priority from Monday, January 13, 2025 at 9:00 am through Monday, January 20, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
    • Members of Temple Beth El should sign into their ShulCloud account, click the tile labeled “ELC Temple Member Application” on their home page and complete the application.
    • If there are sufficient spaces to accommodate all interested members, acceptance letters with registration links will be sent out on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Members will have 2 business days to complete the registration (through Friday, January 24, 2025)
    • If demand exceeds available spaces, priority enrollment will be given in order of membership longevity. Any members not selected will be placed at the top of our stand-by-status list.

  3. New families may submit applications from Saturday, January 25, 2025 (Family Fun Day!) at 9:00 am through Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
    • Applicants will be evaluated for acceptance with the goal of furthering the Mission of Temple Beth El.
    • Please note that new families who applied in previous years for school or summer camp and were placed on the stand-by-status list will need to fill out a new application for 2025-2026.

We have reached capacity in all of our programs for the 2025-2026 school year.

To join our Stand-By Status List click here. Applicants on the Stand-By Status List will be evaluated for admission with the goal of furthering the mission of Temple Beth El. Should our enrollment change and we have an available spot to offer, we will contact you to let you know.

THE DEADLINE TO REQUEST CHANGES TO YOUR CHILD’S SCHEDULE, PAYMENT PLAN, OR FRIEND REQEUSTS FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR IS SUNDAY, JUNE 1, 2025.

NO CHANGES TO SCHEDULES, PAYMENT PLANS, OR FRIEND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE.
A $100 processing fee will be assessed for each request to change your child’s schedule or payment plan.

Monday, January 13, 2025 at 9:00 am
Priority Registration Application Opens for Temple Members (as of October 1, 2024) who are not currently enrolled in the Beth El Early Learning Center – Space is Limited

Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm
If there are enough spaces to accommodate all interested Temple families, a confirmation email will be sent with instructions to complete enrollment for the upcoming school year. If demand exceeds available capacity, priority will be given based on membership longevity. Families who are not selected will be notified by email and placed at the top of the Stand-By-Status list.

Friday, January 24, 2025 at 6:00 pm
Deadline for accepted Temple families to complete their registration form and pay their deposit.

Saturday, January 25, 2025 (Family Fun Day!) at 9:00 am – Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at 6:00 pm
Application Period for New Families

Applicants will complete the New Family Application located at the bottom of the page.

Monday, February 10, 2025
Admissions Decisions Sent to New Families
Families who have been accepted will receive a confirmation email and then a separate email to create a ShulCloud account and complete the registration process. Families to whom we are unable to offer enrollment due to lack of classroom space will be notified via email and offered a spot on our “Stand-By-Status” list.

Tuesday, February 11, 2025
Rolling Admissions Notifications Continue
If an age unit has space remaining, we will continue to accept applications for that unit. To apply, please fill out the New Family Application.

Sunday, June 1, 2025
Deadline to request ANY schedule changes, payment plan, and/or friend requests for the 2025-2026 school year.
NO CHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
