Leadership & Faculty
Our highly qualified teachers have both the education and experience necessary to provide a quality program for your child. Their educational backgrounds include Master’s Degrees, Bachelor’s Degrees, and teaching credentials and units in early childhood development. They participate in continuing education programs as well as basic first aid and CPR training and certification.
Cindy Korshin, Co-Director
Cindy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications at Florida Atlantic University, her Director's credentials from the Florida Department of Children and Families and is additionally certified by the National Child Development Association. She has worked in the field for over 24 years, most of them directly in the classroom, and has taught at Temple Beth Am in Margate and Saint Andrew's School in Boca Raton.
Cindy's areas of interest and expertise include child growth and development, motivation among young children and creating classroom conditions to optimize various learning styles. She seeks to create the best educational environment for children as well as support and understand the challenges facing today’s parents. Cindy's belief is that all children are unique and will thrive in a loving and trusting environment.
Ronni Graf, Co-Director
Ronni earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Massachusetts and her
Master’s Degree at the University of Michigan, both in Middle Eastern Studies. She obtained her Early Childhood Education Certification at San Francisco State University, and earned her Director’s credentials from the Florida Department of Children and Families.
She has worked in early childhood education for over 19 years as a classroom teacher; at Temple Sinai of Oakland, California as well as Zale Early Learning Center and Torah Tots here in Boca Raton.
Ronni’s belief is that when children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical needs are met they can learn at their own pace and develop both a positive self-image and self-confidence. Only then can they reach their full potential.
Ronni and her family have been members of Temple Beth El for many years. She is active on the Religious School Task Force and Family
