Facilitated by Jaclyn Tureff, LCSW – JFS Director of Community Outreach
This is an introduction to mindfulness tools and techniques for managing stress for yourself and your child. Participants will learn to use breath work, relaxation, and cognitive diffusion to disentangle from our worries, anxiety and fears. The skills taught in this class are appropriate for all ages, from preschoolers to adults.
Light snacks, drinks and wine will be provided.
