The children celebrate Shabbat each Friday morning with teachers and friends. Families celebrate Tot Shabbat & Holidays together with, their children on select Friday evenings throughout the school year. The service is geared towards families with pre-readers (up to age 5) who wish to come and capture that special Shabbat feeling! Led by our extraordinary rabbis and cantorial soloist, services are filled with singing, dancing, praying and story-telling.
The children celebrate holidays in their classrooms throughout the year. Families are invited to join the celebration on certain holidays, including a Passover seder and a Sukkah experience. They are also invited to join Temple Beth El for family-friendly holiday celebrations throughout the year including Chanukah and Purim.
On Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur, there are several options for young children to experience the High Holy Days, including our Virtual Young Children’s Service filled with stories, music and our famous High Holy Days skits!
